'Last year I bought a new cross-country racing bike. It had disk brakes, of course, and I hate them. Why? They rub. I complained to my bike shop, to the manufacturer directly (who ignored me), but was told "that's just the way disk brakes are...they rub". I find it incomprehensible that people spend $3000 or more on a bike and have to accept having their brakes rubbing...' More
